As part of our ongoing work on this swimming pool project, we have just installed the white marble tiles & ceramic wall tiles in the changing rooms. We used the same white marble tiles that were used in the en-suite bathroom in the main house.
The customer on this project in St Austell, chose Oriental White marble tiles due to the mild variegation of background colour from white to grayish white, with dark grey and pearl white veining. We imported these marble tiles direct from Xaimen in China, and installed them in a master en-suite bathroom.
Stone bath surrounds add that touch of class to a bathroom, a feel of luxury. This veiny marble from Italy is called Arabascato Vagli and it looks stunning. An ogee edge profile was fabricated on the leading edge of the bath surround.
Stone vanity tops bring a sense of luxury to the bathroom and they are really easy to install. Have a look at a few different types of vanity tops that we have fabricated and installed recently. We start off with a beautiful marble vanity top which has a book match splash back.

In one of the bathrooms on this particualr project, we had to create and install a marble shelf and back panel. Access was required into a rear room where the UFH manifold had been installed, so we had to create a removable marble shelf.
I thought I’d share a small post about marble book match wall cladding, as we have done our fair share of it over the last 5 or 6 years. When people refer to book match marble, they refer to having two slabs of marble next to one another, where both slabs mirror each other.
We were asked to manufacture and install a couple of marble vanity tops for a large private residential project in Mid Cornwall. We used Italian marble called Arabascato Vagli, which is renowned for it’s veining.
