Book Matched Lennon

Posted On 29/07/2019

Over the years we have done our fair share of book matching granite & marble.

When people talk about book matching stone, they refer to having two slabs of stone next to one another, where both slabs mirror each other.

The effect looks like the slabs are an open book & the veining always looks stunning, it’s your ancient piece of art work.

We love book matching at Everything Stone, and this time I’ve put together a quick blog post to show you our book match Lennon granite, which is one of our showroom features.

As always, the first job is to grab the slab out of the rack! These slabs are generally 3.0m x 2.0m in size, approximately.

You can view a huge range of granite at one of our suppliers websites by clicking here – M&G Centre

The slabs are brought into the workshop where they are surveyed.

Book matching granite & marble is quite a process because you have to line up the veining on each slab as best you can.

Alex is working out the best place to cut each slab.

After the fabrication process is complete, we can now install this Lennon Granite into our showroom.

Our showroom has recently been renovated and fitted out with new displays and lot’s of samples.

Book match granite or book match marble can be used to create a feature wall in your bathroom or your living area. It definitely creates something special.
