Our Newquay clients went for granite in their newly renovated home. They chose a very popular colour called Steel Grey which as you can see is a charcoal-grey colour with pearly effects throughout to give it a nice warm feel. Their kitchen worktop had both a hob and sink cut out and additional upstands.
We are suppliers of natural slate for hearths which comes in various thickness’s and finishes. Here are some hearths we fabricated in Brazilian Black Rivened Slate. It is hard wearing, practical and will last a lifetime with a minimum of maintenance needed.
We supply and fabricate slate for flooring and hearths. Slate stone has traditionally been used for centuries as roofing and flooring, the durability of this material means it can last hundreds of years. We are able to restore some slates if they have been maintained properly.
We have recently won a contract, supplying slate signs to a Cornish based company. These slate signs will be sold to the consumer via John Lewis. We can supply a huge range of stone signs in slate or granite, ideal for house names, house numbers or commercially as business signs.
Our client in Bath chose for their larder a countertop in Brazilian Black Slate. It is honed to give it a satin smooth finish with very little gloss to it to help prevent too many smudge marks.
A resident of Fowey asked us to install his Armilliary Sundial. Our specialist team chose the best position, dug up and replaced the ground with a reinforced concrete base then clad it with calibrated Brazilian Slate. The Sundial was then installed securely on top.
